A Chorley Nursery has achieved an "Outstanding" report from Ofsted. The Nursery gained the accolade when it was inspected in June 2009 and Emma Barrow, the proprietor is over the moon!

Emma came into Chorley FM on Mon 8th Feb and over a coffee told the listeners of Chorley about the achievement. She told Babs that the outstanding report was due to the hard work of her staff and the support of her family who helped to move the nursery to it's present site. The report said that not only was the report outsanding in one area but in all areas. The Nursery recieved the highest grade possible and is a credit to the staff and all the hard work that had been done since relocation.

Emma said "I was pleased when the inspector said that we had one outstanding area but when he said all areas I couldn't believe it!"

The Nursery hopes to carry on the good work and hopefully retain the accolade. The Nursery is due to be re-inspected in 3 years time
